Moorabbin Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a fatal factory fire in Braeside yesterday.
Emergency services were called to the factory on Canterbury Road just after 1pm.
A man, who is yet to be formally identified, was sadly located deceased inside.
The fire is not being treated as suspicious at this stage and police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
