The Mackay Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the death of a man at a Middlemount sports club last Saturday (July 24).
The 35-year-old from Mansfield, is believed to have rolled a forklift he was driving just before 2.40am.
He was pronounced deceased at the scene shortly after police arrived.
