A man in his 70s has died and another person has been transported to hospital following a house fire at Beeac (Western District) in the early hours of this morning.
CFA crews were called out at 3am to reports of the fire at the double-storey home.
CFA Beeac, Colac, Cressy, Irrewarra, Warrion, Weering-Eurack and Wingeel brigades are attending.
Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria also attended.
CFA crews are continuing to work on the fire this morning.
