Police are currently on scene and investigating a fatal house fire in Truganina this morning.
Emergency services were called to reports of a fire at a residential property on Dover Street about 2.30am
The three-storey townhouse has been completely destroyed.
A female occupant, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
A crime scene has been established and an arson chemist will attend the scene this morning.
The investigation remains ongoing.
