A 25-year-old man has died in hospital after the motorbike he was riding was involved in a traffic crash at Paradise Point yesterday morning, June 25.
Initial investigations indicate that around 10.15am, the motorcyclist was travelling west on Oxley Drive when it collided with a Kia Stinger.
The male rider from Runaway Bay was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition where he died this morning from his injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and is appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash or may have relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
