Fatal Pedestrian Crash At Rockhampton

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the death of a pedestrian at Frenchville this morning, July 19.

Emergency services were called to Kerrigan Street near Dean Street at approximately 8.15am, following reports a man had been struck by a 4WD.

The pedestrian, a 70-year-old Rockhampton man, died at the scene.

The driver, a 26-year-old Rockhampton woman, was not physically injured in the incident.

Investigations remain ongoing.
