Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision in Pitfield this afternoon, 21 January.
It's believed two vehicles, one towing a trailer, collided on Rokewood-Skipton Road just before 3pm.
One person, who is yet to be formally identified, has died at the scene.
Three children and two adults were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined at this stage.
Roads in the area will closed for some time.
