A man has died after a truck roll over near Atkinsons Dam this morning, Queensland Police say.
Preliminary inquiries indicate that around 9.15am a concrete truck travelling eastbound on Atkinsons Dam Road when it failed to navigate the bend and crossed onto the incorrect side of the road.
The truck then rolled and hit a number of trees.
The male driver and sole occupant of the truck – a 48-year-old Toogoolawah man – was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
