Police are investigating a fatal single vehicle roll over that occurred in Booubyjan this afternoon.
At around 1.30pm, police were called to a single vehicle that had crashed into a tree on the Burnett Highway around 45kms north of Goomeri.
The two occupants in the van, a man and a woman both aged in their 60s, had to be extracted from the vehicle.
The woman has been transported to hospital with life threatening injuries and the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit in investigating.
