The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating following a fatal two-vehicle traffic crash at Victoria Plantation yesterday, April 3.
At about 11:40am, a silver Hyundai Tucson and a grey Mazda CX-5 collided on Ingham Forrest Beach Road.
The driver and sole occupant of the Mazda CX-5, a 73-year-old Ingham man was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver and sole occupant of the Hyundai Tucson, a 76-year-old Forrest Beach woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Investigations are ongoing.
