Police are investigating a single-vehicle fatal traffic crash at East Trinity this afternoon, April 6.
Investigations indicates about 1.15pm, a Honda Civic was travelling west along Pine Creek Yarrabah Road when it has left the road and struck a tree.
A passenger, a 23-year-old man, was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver and two other passengers were treated for minor injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
