On 3-4 December 2024, HIAS Greece and the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung organised a roundtable that took place in Athens to discuss strategic litigation in the area of migration and refugee law.

In this presentation, she drew on a Practical Guide on Options for Litigation and Administrative Action at the EU Level that she recently prepared together with Prof Jasper Krommendijk (Radboud University, Nijmegen) and Dr Kris van der Pas (Tilburg University) for the Open Society Justice Initiative. The Guide will be published open access later this month.
