Police have seized a number of firearms during a search warrant at a property at Weemelah, near Moree last week, NSW Police say.
About 12.30pm on Thursday 19 April 2018, police attached to the New England Target Action Group executed a search warrant at a property on Sandholes Road.
During the search police will allege they located four rifles and two shotguns, ammunition, rifle scopes and over 800 litres of diesel.
It is further alleged the firearms were not secured and inquiries reveal none of the firearms were registered.
Investigations are continuing and charges are expected.
