Fisherman's Flat Heritage Review Goes Digital with Panel Hearing

Council has engaged Ecology and Heritage Partners to undertake a review of the heritage values of Fisherman's Flat. A draft of the review was placed on public exhibition from the 7th March through until the 12th of April. During this period, twelve submissions were received.

At the Ordinary meeting on 22 May 2024, Council resolved to request that the Minister for Planning appoint a panel to hear the submissions. A panel has since been appointed, and an online panel hearing has been scheduled for Monday the 8th of July commencing at 10 am and finishing at 4.10 pm.

The hearing is available to the public and anyone who wishes to observe online may do so.
