Four men from South Australia and a fifth man from New South Wales have been arrested and charged with blackmail, according to SA Police.
Serious and Organised Crime Detectives arrested the four SA men across Adelaide just before 1pm on Wednesday 13 December. NSW police arrested the fifth man yesterday afternoon.
The five men all arrested and charged with blackmail are:
- a 30-year-old man from Evandale
- a 32-year-old man from Hectorville
- a 25-year-old man from Mile End
- a 36-year-old man from Redwood Park
- a 33-year-old man from Ryde NSW
They were all refused police bail and expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Thursday 14 December.
