Five youths arrested for aggravated burglary in Parkdale

Police have arrested five youths following an aggravated burglary in Parkdale this morning.

It's alleged four youths gained entry to a residence at The Corso about 3.30am and stole a Mercedes vehicle.

The four allegedly dumped the Mercedes in Narre Warren, fleeing in another stolen vehicle driven by a fifth teen.

Officers tracked the youths at a residence in Kirkham Road, Dandenong about 5am where the five youths were arrested after a short foot pursuit.

The following teens are currently assisting Moorabbin Crime Investigation Unit detectives with their enquiries:

A 17-year-old boy from Narre Warren

Two 17-year-old boys from Dandenong

A 16-year-old boy from Pakenham

A 13-year-old boy from Cranbourne South
