Do you need help with the flood clean-up or supply of essential items?
Significant flooding has impacted many communities within NSW.
Due to the large-scale nature of the event, Service NSW is supporting NSW SES to take requests for clean-up activities and the supply of essentials such as food, water and medication.
From today, 5 March, residents in flood-affected areas can contact Service NSW to log NSW SES clean-up requests and seek essential items.
During the flood recovery, the Service NSW call centre will be open for extended hours, from 9am-10pm on weekends and 7am-10pm daily, to ensure residents can seek the support they require.
Residents can log a resupply or clean up request by completing a short online form or calling 13 77 88 (only to request supplies).
For flood, storm and tsunami emergency assistance, call NSW SES on 132 500. If the situation is life-threatening, call triple zero (000).
