The below vision shows a part of the emergency services' response to the western Queensland flooding in Adavale.
Interview is with Adavale Senior Constable Chris Seng, who recalls the day the flood waters started inundating town, and how he and another resident helped ferry residents to safety.
He has been working alongside the SES and other emergency crews, for more than a week to assist with the clean-up and recovery process.
