Forensic Crash Unit En Route to Brisbane Camping Supershow

The Queensland Police Service (QPS) Forensic Crash Unit (FCU), in collaboration with Queensland VANSafe Initiative, will be attending the Queensland Caravan and Camping Supershow in Brisbane on June 5 to June 9, to discuss important road safety.

FCU encourages the community to engage with them during the event to learn about road safety and to share knowledge in the hopes of keeping all road-users safe on their travels.

The FCU team will also be available for caravan owners and those wishing to purchase a recreational vehicle, to discuss vehicle compliance and regulations.

Road safety is everyone's responsibility.

The Queensland Police Service is committed to reducing number of lives lost on our roads.

Data shows that serious crashes can be significantly reduced when drivers recognise and avoid the 'Fatal Five' behaviours: speeding, drink and drug driving, not wearing seatbelts, fatigue and distraction.
