Police are investigating after the four people were located deceased inside a Broadmeadows property this morning.
A neighbour attended the Bicknell Court address shortly before 2am on 25 June after becoming concerned that he had not seen or heard from the occupants in over a day.
He entered the home and found the bodies of three males and a female inside.
Emergency services were then called and detectives from the Homicide Squad and Hume Crime Investigation Unit attended the scene.
The four are yet to be formally identified, however are believed to be a 37-year-old man, a 32-year-old man, a 17-year-old boy and a 42-year-old woman.
Police also believe all four were known to each other.
The cause of death is yet to be established for the quartet, however the deaths are not being treated as suspicious at this time.
A post-mortem will now be conducted.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have information about the incident.
