This week's storm has left many of us with a lot of clean up efforts ahead. To support our community, free green waste drop off services will be available this weekend for Port Stephens residents to dispose of storm debris safety and conveniently.
Free green waste drop offs days and locations include:
- Saturday and Sunday at the Newline Road facility, Raymond Terrace.
- Sunday at Lemon Tree Passage, at the old waste Depot on Lemon Tree Passage Road
- Sunday at the Salamander Bay Waste Transfer Station.
We'll also be accepting spoiled fridge and freezer items free of charge at Salamander Bay Waste Transfer Station on Sunday. Unfortunately, we can't offer this service at other locations as spoiled products can only be taken at this facility.
Please check what can and can't be included as green waste by visiting pscouncil.info/gardenorganics
Let's work together to clean up our beautiful community.
