Technology keeps on changing, so come along to one of the 'Tech Savvy Seniors' workshops being offered by Hawkesbury Library Service during February and March to help you keep up. If your tablet baffles you, or if you want to know about buying and selling online, why not try one of these free workshops.
Buying and selling online
Wednesday, 21 February 10am to midday
Introduction to buying and selling online; the session will cover Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, and eBay.
A device is not required for this session.
Beginner: Introduction to tablets
Wednesday, 6 March 10am to midday
This workshop is for people who have never used a tablet (a small portable computer that accepts input directly on to its screen rather than via a keyboard or mouse) but who are interested in finding out what they can be used for. BYO Device.
All sessions will be held at Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street, Windsor. Bookings are essential and can be made via www.hawkesburylibrary.eventbrite.com or call the Library on 4560 4460 to book.
