This spring, join our program of free information sessions about women's health and wellbeing.
The sessions will provide information about different aspects of women's health and ways to support yourself and others with the challenges and opportunities that come with different stages of life.
Healthy body, healthy mind, healthy relationships
The wellbeing series events will be delivered in-person at Balwyn Library by a Mandarin-speaking facilitator from the Multicultural Centre for Women's Health.
Topics covered include:
- Breast cancer (plus a traditional Chinese dancing session) - 6:30 pm Wednesday 23 October
- Cervical cancer (plus a traditional Chinese dancing session) - 6:30 pm Wednesday 30 October
- Menopause and osteoporosis plus a chair-based pilates activity - 6:30 pm Wednesday 13 November
- Mental health (plus a chair-based pilates activity) - 6:30 pm Wednesday 20 November
- Healthy relationships (plus a chair-based pilates activity) - 6:30 pm Wednesday 27 November
