The official set list for BASSINTHEGRASS 2026 has landed, and the countdown is officially on, with just under a month until the Northern Territory's biggest music festival takes over Mindil Beach on Saturday, 16 May 2026. This year's lineup is stacked, bringing together global heavy hitters, Aussie icons and some of the most exciting new artists in the country.

Leading the charge is American hip hop powerhouse Denzel Curry and Swedish electronic superstars Galantis, joined by homegrown favourites The Living End, Peking Duk, The Teskey Brothers, G Flip, Ball Park Music, Kita Alexander, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, plus a wave of rising talent. The international flavour keeps coming with AYYBO (USA), Morty (UK), Oktae (KR), Venjent (UK) and JessB (NZ), while crowd‑pleasers Mallrat, In Hearts Wake, Anna Lunoe, Nina Las Vegas and Maple's Pet Dinosaur round out a huge bill.

The music kicks off early, with BASSment opening at 2:05pm, Palm Stage firing up at 2:15pm with Maple's Pet Dinosaur and closing with Peking Duk at 11pm, and the Tropical Stage opening at 2:50pm before Denzel Curry shuts it down at 10:05pm. Now in its 23rd year, BASSINTHEGRASS continues to prove why it's one of Australia's most enduring and anticipated live music events.

This year's festival also delivers its biggest program of experiences yet, headlined by the launch of BASS Karaoke, a brand‑new activation featuring a live band, MC‑hosted performances and crowd‑favourite singalongs. Running from mid‑afternoon to early evening, it's set to light up social feeds as festivalgoers take the stage. Between band sets, a local drag queen will keep the energy high thanks to Top End Pride.

Across the site, festivalgoers can dive into returning favourites and fresh additions, including the popular Find Your Friend Totem and giant jellyfish photo moment, community activations like the Clinic34 Chill Out Zone, the Power & Water Refresh Tent with free phone charging and water. This year, in partnership with Charles Darwin University, a Glow Bar will light up the festival with hair braiding, colour spraying and hair jewellery, all created by CDU's talented team. The new NT Country Club experience will provide unique photo opportunities and additional seating whilst celebrating iconic Territory pubs.

Premium experiences Oasis, ReFresh and BASS Camp offer exciting options for festivalgoers of all ages. Delivered by Tourism and Events NT, BASSINTHEGRASS is an all‑ages event, with free entry for children aged 13 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Final Wave general admission tickets are on sale for an affordable $155. For tickets, the full lineup and set times, visit: bassiinthegrass.com.au. here
