Events Officer Natasha Little says the Tamworth BBQ Festival is for the whole family.
"We have a slow barbeque competition with over $19,000 in prizes and trophies, two stages of live music across the weekend and 45 traders selling everything from leather goods, jerky, brisket, ribs and sweet food.
"The Imaginate Kids Festival has many elements like amusements, superheroes, and dinosaurs," Natasha said.
Tickets to Imaginate are free to all children under 15 with a paying adult ticket. Adult Sunday tickets are available online for $15.
