Organisations that provide social services across NSW can access a share of $22 million from the Social Sector Support Fund as they transition away from COVID-19 restrictions.
Grants of up to $200,000 are available to organisations that did not receive JobSaver or JobSaver Not-For-Profit for staff working across child and family services, domestic violence, homelessness, health, disability and animal welfare sectors during the pandemic.
Minister for Families, Communities and Disability Services Alister Henskens said the funding aims to address medium-term service needs for charities and not-for-profits.
"The social services sector has worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to ensure the continuity of critical support for the community's most vulnerable people," Mr Henskens said.
"These grants give a hand-up to organisations as they gradually return to business-as-usual, helping them address any financial barriers to service delivery."
Applications close Sunday 28 November.
