G20 Collaborative Communication: Take Part

One of the hallmarks of the Brasil's G20 Presidency is that civil society is being heard in the process of developing public policies on the national and international agendas. It could not be any different in G20 Brasil communications.

From the outset, G20 Brasil has been revolutionizing communication, since it is much more than a one-way process. Therefore, through a collaborative communication strategy, citizens from all over the world are becoming protagonists, sharing their visions and their realities. The idea is simple: giving voice to people, influencers, collectives, ordinary citizens, allowing everyone to actively participate in debates on important global issues.

Collaborative communication promotes more diversity for the central themes of the G20, such as the reform of global governance, the reduction of inequalities and sustainable development. The goal is to create a space where different perspectives are heard and valued, helping to build a more inclusive and fair future.

The collaborative texts will be available on the G20 Social website, under the Collabs tab, and there are already some members who actively participate in collaborative communication, such as the G20 Social Engagement Groups, #F20 and #G20Favelas. In addition, in #Kids20, Brazilian children and teenagers are taking part in the initiative by creating innovative and thought-provoking content on topics that define their future.

Soon, G20 Brasil will open registration to make your point of view available on the official website.

The active participation of these voices allows for a broader and more diverse view on the issues that impact the world. The project aims to expand this collaborative network, culminating in the coverage of the Social and Leaders' Summits, which will take place in November. At that moment, the engagement and participation of diverse voices around the world will be part of this construction.

Connecting Realities in the Digital Age

Inspired by philosopher Pierre Levy's concept of cyberculture, this initiative explores the power of the internet as a tool for empowerment and connection. Through collective intelligence and networked communication, the G20 aims to foster the creation of an ecosystem in which individual voices become part of a larger global movement.

With this strategy, G20 Brasil invites everyone to take part in this collaborative construction, where each person, collective and social organization can be part of the change.
