Kiama Council congratulates Gerringong District All Sports Inc for completing the first stage of upgrades to the Gerry Emery Clubhouse.

The upgrades include dedicated female and referee change rooms, improved public toilets and car parking as well as increased equipment storage.

The clubhouse serves the Gerringong Breakers Football Club, Gerringong Jets Cricket Club and the Gerringong Touch Association.

Kiama Council and the NSW Government have provided funding support of more than $540,000 toward the upgrades.

Funding support has also been provided by local business.

Work has already started on the next stage of upgrades which will see a second storey added to the clubhouse.
