Get Ready For Commissioners Christmas Concert, December 5

Get ready for a festive celebration! The annual Commissioner's Christmas Concert is just around the corner.

When: Thursday, December 5, from 12pm to 2pm

Where: The main stage in the Queen Street Mall

Join us for an afternoon filled with lively musical performances by Queensland Police Pipes and Drums, Melody in Blue, and Band of Blue.

Between sets, enjoy interactive stalls hosted by QPS Recruiting, District Crime Prevention Units, and PCYC, and take part in festive photo opportunities with QPS Mascot Connie, Road Policing Unit motorcycles, Mounted Police, and adorable Dog Squad puppies.

Community Supporting Police will also have items on sale - perfect for those last-minute Christmas stocking fillers.

So grab your lunch or a refreshing drink and enjoy the festivities! Sing along, dance, and celebrate the Christmas season while you finish up your holiday shopping.

Queensland Police Pipes and Drums Officer in Charge, Senior Sergeant Ciaron Jackson expressed his excitement for the event amd urged community members to attend.

"We look forward to this event every year," Senior Sergeant Jackson said.

"It's a chance to connect with our community, bring a little holiday joy, and share tips for a safe festive season. We hope to see you there!"
