A girl missing from the state's northeast has been located safe and well.
The 12-year-old girl was last seen leaving her home in East Tamworth just after 1.30pm on Saturday (18 June 2022).
When she failed to contact family, she was reported missing to officers from Oxley Police District who commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries, the girl was located about 12.15pm today (Tuesday 21 June 2022) near Nundle.
