Darwin City Council
Like many other organisations across the world, City of Darwin is currently being affected by a global web-based systems outage.
This outage is affecting a number of City of Darwin and City of Darwin partner organisation systems, including:
- PayStay mobile app and website, which means people cannot validate their parking. We won't be infringing people during this time.
- City of Darwin telecommunications systems are currently operating intermittently, which means we are having trouble receiving and making phone calls and access to corporate systems is intermittent.
- Some public computers in City of Darwin Libraries are not operational, which means there will be fewer computer terminals available to Library visitors. Printers are also unavailable.
This outage and its impacts on City of Darwin and City of Darwin partner organisation systems may result in delays in responding to service requests.
We will continue to monitor this situation and update the community, however, at this stage the extent and duration of the interruption is unknown.
