Police are currently on the scene of a fatal aircraft crash at Norwell, Queensland police said.
Police responded to reports around 9.25am that a Tiger Moth biplane had crashed in a field off Kerkin Road North.
It is believed that two men were on-board at the time of the incident. One man was located deceased at the scene, and another was trapped for a short time before being transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with critical injuries.
Police remain on the scene and are currently assisting other agencies with the investigation.
There is no further information available at this time.
