The Albanese Government is investing in cities and suburbs across Australia, with applications now open for $500 million of federal funding.
The $150 million urban Precincts and Partnerships Program (uPPP) opens today, providing funding for the design and delivery of urban precincts that transform cities and suburbs.
It focuses on a unique partnership approach, bringing together governments, communities and businesses through collaboration and joint investment to deliver precincts that build better cities and more liveable suburbs.
The uPPP complements the regional Precincts and Partnerships Program (rPPP), which opened in August 2023 to support the delivery of precincts in regional, rural and remote Australia.
This announcement follows the opening of the Albanese Government's $350 million Thriving Suburbs Program on Saturday.
