GP Skills Road Show to Return in 2024

NQPHN

Don't miss the valuable insights of specialists in the field, with presentations tailored to practice managers, owners, and reception staff working within general practice.

Following on from the highly successful workshops held in 2023, this year's line-up will focus on leadership and self-care and welcomes guest speakers from Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and AccessEAP. Topics will include Business Management, Constructive Conversations for Leaders, Applying Emotional Intelligence at Work, and Self-care to Prevent Burnout and Fatigue.

As a bonus, this year's Road Show will kick off with a 90-minute online POPGUNS patient triage education workshop session, presented by MediCoach, focusing on the essential elements of a robust triage system, accreditation standards, and valuable tools and strategies.

Stay tuned to learn more about the 2024 sessions and guest speakers, which will be shared as we draw closer to the events. Places for each session are limited, so register early to avoid missing out. Registrations for in-person workshops will open at 8am, with sessions running from 8.30am through to 4.45pm.

Bursaries are available for participants located in MMM3-7 regions.
