Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Green Valley, north of Albany, yesterday, Saturday 6 August 2022.
About 2.45pm a white Toyota Prado was being driven north on Albany Highway. At the same time a black Isuzu MU-X was being driven south on the same road. The two vehicles collided with each other just north of the intersection of Millbrook Road.
The 47-year-old female driver of the Isuzu MU-X died at the scene. A 15-year-old female passenger in the vehicle received minor injuries.
The 67-year-old female driver of the Toyota Prado received serious injuries and was taken by St John Ambulance to Albany Health Campus.
