Bayside residents who join Grow It Local before Sunday 23 March will be eligible to receive a free autumn vegetable seed pack and expert advice on improving your home-grown produce.
Bayside Council partnered with Grow It Local in July 2023 to help the community share and enjoy locally grown food. The Autumn Free Seed Service is included as part of this initiative.
Grow it Local is an online community supporting backyard, balcony and window-sill farmers interested in eating healthier home-grown food.
Grow It Local Members get access to a wide range of informative online videos, how to tips and techniques, workshops and information to help improve any vegetable patch.
