With our community in lockdown it is important for our community to get tested for COVID-19, even if you only have the mildest of symptoms.
To help make it easier for residents in our local area, a new testing clinic has been setup today at the Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre (GSAC) and will operate through this weekend.
The clinic opened today at 8am and will close at 4pm, and also operate on Saturday, 17 September and Sunday, 18 September from 8am to 3pm.
The test is safe, free and you do not need a Medicare card.
Entry is via Oliver Avenue and the exit will be on to Simeoni Drive.
Anyone with even the mildest of symptoms of cold and flu is urged to get tested and self-isolate until a negative test result is received.
It is advised to please wear your masks until you are told to remove for testing purposes.

• Lismore 4Cyte Pathology Drive-through Clinic – 47-49 Dawson Street, Lismore. Open Monday to Friday, appointments not required
• Southern Cross University Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology Drive-through Clinic, Military Road, Southern Cross University, East Lismore. Open Tuesday to Friday, appointments not required.
