Christchurch Police are appealing to the public for information on the whereabouts of Colin, who was last seen at around 2pm today, walking under Sugarloaf.
Colin was wearing a red T.shirt and three-quarter pants.
Colin is non-verbal and may be avoiding people.
Police and Colin's family have concerns for his welfare.
Anyone who has seen Colin while walking in the area or has information on his whereabouts is urged to call Police on 111, quoting event number P056877799.
