Kicking off on Monday 4 September the work is expected to last for around three months, weather permitting.
Sections of the road will be reduced to one lane under traffic control and motorists are advised there will be disruption to traffic flow.
The work will take place between Kollah Creek Road and Fern Ridge Lane and consist of road pavement reconstruction, table drain shaping, road widening, spray sealing, line marking and increased road safety with signs and guardrails.
