Latrobe City Council is seeking input from the community on the development of our Council Plan and a pulse check on our Community Vision.
The Council Plan is a key document that sets out our goals and strategies for the next four years, while the Community Vision outlines what we want Latrobe City to be like in the next 10 years.
It has been four years since we asked community members about our priorities. Latrobe City is undergoing significant change. Our population is expected to grow by 14 per cent by 2041, reaching about 90,000 people. This growth will bring new families and young adults to our community, along with a diversifying economy, will present both opportunities and challenges for our community that need to be considered for future planning.
Community members are encouraged to get involved by:
- Completing our online survey by 5 February 2025 at yoursay.latrobe.vic.gov.au/council-plan-and-vision
- Visiting one of our pop-up sessions:

"Community feedback will help us make better decisions for our community. We encourage you to join the conversation and share your thoughts on how we can improve Latrobe City.
"Your input is vital in shaping the future of Latrobe City. Together, we can create a vibrant and inclusive community," said the Mayor.
