Ellenbrook Police are seeking public assistance as they investigate a crash that occurred in Henley Brook on Saturday 5 October 2024.
About 7.15am, a white Lexus coupe travelling eastbound on Gnangara Road left the carriageway and collided with a tree, before settling into a ditch.
The driver fled the scene before police arrival.
Investigators are seeking dashcam footage of Gnangara Road, near Starflower Road and Henley Brook Avenue between the hours of 7pm and 7.45pm.
