The University of Hong Kong (HKU) has been ranked 49th worldwide in the latest Times Higher Education (THE) World Reputation Rankings 2025, the world's largest invitation-only academic opinion survey. In addition , HKU maintains its position as the leading university in Hong Kong, holding firm in being the highest-ranked institution locally.
