HMC Ships Goose Bay, Harry DeWolf in Marine Careers Tour

National Defence

The Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) in partnership with other Government of Canada organizations and the Canadian Marine Careers Foundation is hosting the second annual Marine Careers Expo (MCE) this fall to connect with Canadians and showcase marine career opportunities at sea and ashore. The Expo, which is free to attend, will take place in cities across Ontario, Québec and Newfoundland - kicking off in St. John's on September 6th and 7th.

The Marine Careers Expo is an opportunity for Government of Canada organizations and other marine industry employers and institutions to showcase marine career and training opportunities. This year, His Majesty's Canadian Ships (HMCS) Goose Bay and Harry DeWolf and our team will conduct port visits in eight cities in Atlantic Canada, along the St. Lawrence Seaway and Lake Ontario.

Canadians will be able to participate in ship tours, speak with sailors who have firsthand experience in these exciting and challenging careers, and to join activities aboard and ashore.
