Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man in relation to the death of a 58-year-old man after an incident in Armadale on Tuesday 14 February 2023.
The incident occurred about 5.35pm in the Jull Street Mall, resulting in the 58-year-old man being injured. He was conveyed by St John WA to Armadale Hospital and subsequently transferred on to Royal Perth Hospital where, tragically, he died on Wednesday 15 February 2023.
Yesterday, Thursday 16 February 2023, Homicide Squad detectives arrested a 54-year-old Brookdale man, who is known to the victim, and have since charged him with:
• Unlawful Assault Causing Death.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in Armadale Magistrates Court today, Friday 17 February 2023.
