Decisions
The Tribunal's previous decisions and orders (from 2013) are available on line under the section Decision and orders issued. Pre 2013 decisions are available from The National Archives.
Decisions of the Tribunal up to the end of 1996 are summarised in The Decisions of the UK Performing Right and Copyright Tribunal by Michael Freegard and Jack Black. The Modern Law of Copyright and Designs (Volume 1 Chapter 27) by Laddie, Prescott and Vitoria also provides commentary on the Tribunal. However, the opinions expressed in this book should not be taken as indicating the views of either the Tribunal or the Intellectual Property Office or the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills.
