A Victorian man is celebrating a monumental $2.5 million TattsLotto win after almost abandoning his long-used numbers. The Victorian held one of the four division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4469, conducted on Saturday, 18 May 2024.

“I only found out about 30 seconds ago!” the winning man exclaimed when speaking to an official from The Lott yesterday.
“I’m still reeling here, mate!
“It’s unbelievable! I just can’t believe it.
“I’ve been playing for a while. These were numbers I’ve been using for years.
“You wouldn’t believe it, but last week, I was going to knock it on the head. Fair dinkum, I was going to stop playing these numbers last week, but I thought I’d give them one last go.
“I’m shell-shocked.
“I’ll wake up at some point. I’m just going to sit here and take it all in.
“This just stops me from worrying about having to go back to work and enjoying my retirement. There’s also family members who are struggling and I’ll be able to help them.
“I was going to go shopping at Aldi today! But maybe I can splash out and shop at other places as well!”
The man’s winning marked System 7 entry was purchased at Baxter Newsagency, Shop 6, 96 Baxter-Tooradin Road, Baxter.
The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4469 on 18 May 2024 were 20, 32, 9, 43, 13 and 26, while the supplementary numbers were 14 and 34.
Across Australia, there were four division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4469 – two in Western Australia and one each in the ACT and Victoria.
