Community Satisfaction Surveys
Starting from 20 January until mid-March, residents may receive phone calls from National Field Services, an independent market research agency. They'll be conducting the Community Satisfaction Survey on behalf of Benalla Rural City Council. Your participation is highly valued and helps us improve our services for the community.
