INCIDENT UPDATE FOR MUDLA WIRRA RD FIRE
ISSUED FOR WASLEYS
CFS advises that a fire is burning near Mudla Wirra Rd, approximately 3km North of the Wasleys township.
The fire is burning in a Northerly direction towards Owen Rd and Fyfe Rd.
CFS crews are in attendance with the support of aircraft and will remain at the scene until the fire is fully extinguished.
Smoke may be visible for the next few hours while crews undertake this work.
To ensure your safety and that of firefighters and other emergency personnel who are working in the area, please do not enter the area unless necessary. Visibility may be reduced; the roads may not be safe and there are quite a few emergency vehicles working in the area.
