Indigenous Medical Scholarship Still Open for Donations

Australian Medical Association

The end of this financial year is approaching fast, but there's still time to make a tax-deductible donation.

For 30 years, the AMA's Indigenous Medical Scholarship has supported many First Nations medical students to become doctors.

Each year, the AMA is amazed by the excellence of each individual applicant and their passion to improve health outcomes.

The scholarship is worth $11,000 per year for the remainder of one student's medical studies, but it relies on donations to keep going.

The lead-up to the end of this financial year is the perfect time to make a tax-deductible donation so you can help the AMA support even more First Nation medical students.

Every donation, no matter the size, can make a huge difference and 100 per cent of donations goes directly to recipients.
