In Victoria, adolescents aged 10–19 years are eligible for a range of free vaccinations.
These vaccines are usually delivered by local council immunisation services who visit secondary schools in their area across the school year.
Due to the interruptions that schools have faced due to the pandemic, this vaccination program will not be completed onsite at schools to avoid further interruptions during the last few weeks of term.
Please note our program does not offer the COVID-19 vaccine.
Students in year 7 are offered the:
- Human Papillomavirus vaccine – 2 doses given 6 months apart
- Diphtheria, Tetanus, whooping cough vaccine – 1 dose only
Students in year 10 are offered the:
-
Meningococcal ACWY vaccine – 1 dose only
Additional times and dates are being offered for the above vaccines, please book here
